Organization has a demonstrated history of strong collaborations and long-standing partnership work. The organization’s issues/campaigns are in alignment with other potential members of the cohort.

Commitment to long-term systemic change

(Even in project-based work) Organization demonstrates a commitment to naming and changing oppressive systems.

Creative Practice

Experience with and/or deep interest in using cultural and narrative change strategies to ignite systemic change.

Holistic Programming

The organization provides holistic, multi-layered support with strong youth development practices and staff who are provided with ongoing training to implement these practices.

Learning Organization

The organization demonstrates a commitment to staff and organizational development. The organization has a history of adapting and evolving and a willingness to take on new approaches.
